Service and scope
StrollPlace provides location research and professional connection features. Consumer Terms cover StrollPlace Portal and My StrollPlace. Separate Pro Terms cover professional and business use of StrollPlace Pro. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account. StrollPlace is operated by Swift Agent Sites LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (filing ID 2026-002083073). Its principal and mailing address is 4283 Express Lane Suite MX8578, Sarasota, FL 34249, United States. Current contact channels are displayed on the legal pages.
Research, estimates, and professional services
StrollPlace provides location research and professional connection features. Information may come from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Estimates and comparisons depend on their sources, dates, geography, and methods; they are not appraisals, inspections, or guarantees of future conditions or property values. Verify information relevant to your decision with the original source or an appropriately qualified professional.
Professionals are responsible for the services and advice they provide. A listing, introduction, publication, or verification badge does not guarantee licensing, suitability, quality, safety, or results. Read the stated scope and date of any verification. Agree the scope, price, and terms of a professional engagement directly with that provider.
An introduction, request, bid, or payment does not guarantee a reply, appointment, customer, transaction, revenue, or return on spending. The service does not replace legal, financial, real estate, inspection, or other professional advice.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, protect sign-in credentials, and use only accounts and business roles you are authorized to control. Do not impersonate others, circumvent access controls, scrape protected information, harass users, manipulate auctions, or use the service unlawfully. Report suspected unauthorized access through support.
Professional independence and credentials
Maintain accurate professional identity, credentials, licenses, and business information. Operate only within your authority and permitted jurisdictions. You are responsible for your advice, services, disclosures, communications, and legal obligations. A profile or verification label is not a guarantee of service quality or an endorsement of every claim.
Acting for a business
Review or accept for your business
Each professional accepts these terms personally for account use. An organization owner accepting for a business must identify that business and affirm authority to bind it. Business acceptance does not confer additional workspace permissions.
Consumer data and contact
Access consumer information only for the approved request and purpose. Do not sell, export for unrelated purposes, or reuse it for unrelated marketing. Respect selected-field permissions, withdrawal, contact restrictions, and security controls. Stop contact when permission ends and comply with independently applicable retention and deletion obligations.
License for professional content and images
You retain ownership of content and images you submit. For material you submit for public publication, you grant StrollPlace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, crop, format, adapt for presentation, publish, distribute, and display it to operate and promote StrollPlace, including StrollPlace websites, apps, social channels, and marketing materials. StrollPlace may sublicense those rights to service providers and distribution partners only for those purposes. This license does not authorize selling your content as a standalone asset or implying your endorsement of unrelated products. Copyright permission alone does not authorize using your name, image or contribution to falsely suggest a current affiliation, customer relationship, recommendation or endorsement, including of StrollPlace itself. Express testimonials or endorsements require separate, documented permission and a current factual basis.
You represent that you own or have obtained all permissions needed for these uses, including copyrights, trademarks, and applicable likeness and privacy rights. You are responsible for your submissions, professional claims, services, communications, and conduct. Do not submit images or other material you cannot authorize us to use in this way.
Private license evidence, identity documents, consumer information, and private support material are excluded from the promotional license. They may be processed only to provide their applicable private workflows.
The public-content license continues for the duration of the applicable copyright, subject to non-waivable statutory rights, and survives account closure and ordinary removal requests. Retained editorial contributions must be presented as authored material with their publication date, not as proof of a current business relationship. When we learn that an affiliation or endorsement has ended or become inaccurate, we stop new promotional uses implying that relationship and review existing controlled placements promptly. Continued editorial use remains subject to accuracy, applicable rights and required removals. An ordinary request does not revoke the license or require StrollPlace to stop authorized publication or promotion. StrollPlace may grant discretionary removal requests, but does not promise to remove all existing copies. This license does not transfer ownership, cover rights you do not possess, or authorize uses outside the stated purposes.
For a copyright, privacy, court-order, or other legal removal concern, use Privacy requests or the legal contact on the legal hub. Identify the content URLs, affected rights, and relevant facts. We assess applicable rights and respond or act within the period required by law, including promptly where required. Extensions are used only where legally available and with required notice; an ordinary removal policy does not override a shorter legal deadline. Restricted backups, records required by law, and third-party copies may receive different treatment where permitted. Non-waivable statutory termination and other applicable rights remain unaffected.
Hosting or reviewing third-party material is not a warranty of accuracy, rights clearance, professional quality, or safety. Responsibility for a user's content and conduct remains with that user, subject to applicable law and StrollPlace's own non-excludable obligations. Report suspected infringement to the designated-agent contact in the Copyright notices and counter-notices section, identifying the work, the content URL, and how to reach you. Copyright notice, counter-notice and appeal procedures are set out in the Community and content guidelines. A continuing license does not authorize false claims of a current professional relationship or endorsement of StrollPlace.
As is and as available
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StrollPlace is provided as is and as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service, accuracy of all information, or any particular result. These limitations do not override mandatory rights or expressly agreed paid entitlements.
Included billing policy
The following billing provisions form part of this agreement.
Billing: What the service subscription provides
A market seat is a service subscription for the enabled market-specific publishing features, including article submission and eligible public-profile availability. Editorial approval, publication standards, credentials, account permissions, and service availability still apply. General account access and previously assigned conversations do not require buying a seat. Review the market, category, rate, and funding wallet shown before activating. A subscription does not guarantee publication, an audience, consumer responses, or income.
Settlement-service introductions and second-opinion participation use a separate, no-cost professional and service-area approval. Subscription status, wallet balance, spending, and content-contribution scores do not buy eligibility, priority, or a quantity of these introductions. Subscribers and non-subscribers are assessed under the same credentials, authority, service-area, availability, and consumer-permission requirements. Request this approval through Pro Support; no subscription purchase is required. Cancelling or pausing a subscription does not revoke that separate approval. For eligible home and lifestyle services, active seats may still be required for approved auction access.
Stroll credits are prepaid credits used for platform charges and auction reservations. Where checkout is enabled, one Stroll credit costs USD 1 before applicable tax, and manual purchases accept 10 to 5,000 whole credits. Provider fees do not reduce the purchased credit quantity. Credits are not transferable and this policy grants no cash redemption right beyond applicable mandatory remedies. Buying credits does not automatically reactivate paused services.
Billing: Credit purchases and payment providers
The available payment provider is shown before checkout. Depending on the enabled offer, checkout may use Stripe, Paddle, Creem or PayPal. The checkout identifies the applicable seller or merchant of record and tax amount. StrollPlace operator details use the current company name and address displayed on our legal pages. A payment provider's role does not replace those operator details.
Credits are added only after confirmed payment. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm settlement. Pending or uncertain purchases can remain under review; check their status before attempting another payment. Refunds and payment reversals may remove the corresponding credits and require a wallet review. Adding funds does not automatically clear a review restriction.
Billing: Optional automatic top-ups
The wallet owner must expressly enable automatic top-ups using an eligible saved payment method and accept the displayed authorization. Saving a method alone does not enable charges. The owner chooses a balance threshold, refill amount and monthly spending limit. Applicable tax is included in the monthly limit, which uses UTC calendar months; pending automatic purchases and completed purchases later refunded count toward that limit.
Automatic top-ups are available through Stripe or eligible PayPal accounts where enabled. They may pause after a payment failure, an uncertain outcome or an action-required response. The owner can disable future top-ups in wallet settings. Disabling cannot recall a charge already submitted, does not cancel existing service charges, and does not reactivate paused services.
Billing: Optional balance alerts
The wallet owner can save up to three balance thresholds, select in-app or email alerts, and choose a daily reminder while the balance remains low. Suggested settings are inactive until saved. Alerts are informational; delivery is not a guarantee that spending will stop or that funding will arrive before another charge. Temporary auction reservations do not trigger low-balance alerts or automatic top-ups.
Billing: Daily charges and cancellation
For an individually metered seat, the daily charge is the monthly credit rate divided by the number of days in that UTC calendar month, rounded to the nearest microcredit (one millionth of a credit). Billing is by calendar day, not by the hour. Activation attempts the current day's charge. An active seat's cancellation also attempts that day's charge if it has not already been posted; the same seat is not charged twice for the same day. Applicable beta waivers and active bundles can replace individual seat charges.
Cancellation ends the subscribed seat features and future daily metering. Separate no-cost settlement-introduction approval and access to existing assigned conversations are not cancelled. It does not reverse posted charges or cancel outstanding auction reservations. Bundle cancellation ends the bundle immediately; it does not establish access through the end of a prepaid month. Review outstanding bids and the wallet transaction history separately.
If a daily seat charge would exceed the funding wallet's permitted negative balance limit, the seat becomes review-required and active-seat access is interrupted. A positive balance alone is not a promise of eligibility; account, market, and category requirements still apply.
Billing: Bundle charges, insufficient funds, and cancellation
An active bundle covers its included markets in place of individual seat metering. Its daily charge is the bundle subscription's monthly credit rate divided by the number of days in the UTC calendar month, rounded to the nearest microcredit. An eligible partial calendar day is charged as a day, not by the hour. The same subscription is charged at most once for each billing day. Applicable beta waivers can waive the charge.
If a bundle's daily charge would exceed its wallet's permitted negative balance limit, that charge is not posted, the bundle is paused, and the wallet is marked for review. The covered active seats are paused with the bundle. They do not automatically switch to individual seat charges. Access remains paused until the bundle or individual seat arrangement is explicitly reviewed. Adding funds alone does not reactivate a paused bundle or clear the wallet's review status. Contact Pro Support to review access and funding.
Canceling a bundle immediately cancels the subscription and pauses its active seats in the included markets. The cancellation action does not add a final bundle-day charge or reverse charges already posted. It does not cancel outstanding auction reservations. Review the wallet transaction history and any outstanding bids separately.
Billing: Auction reservations and settlement
StrollPlace does not auction introductions for settlement-related professional categories, including real estate, mortgage lending, home inspection, and insurance. Unclassified categories are also excluded. Auctions may be available for eligible home and lifestyle services, subject to market-specific approval. Where auctions are enabled, the highest eligible credit bid wins. Equal bids are resolved by ranking points, then by the earliest bid time. Payment therefore affects which professional receives the opportunity; winning does not mean that the professional is the best or most suitable choice. Settlement-service matching uses independently approved service areas without a paid-seat requirement or contribution-score advantage. Other markets may use different connection methods or offer no opportunities. Consumer permissions still control disclosure of contact information.
Eligible bids reserve credits. Losing reservations are released and winning reservations settle under the auction rules. A winning bid allocates an opportunity, not a completed professional engagement or a guaranteed reply, appointment, transaction, or return. Released reservations and correction of accounting errors are not discretionary refunds.
Billing: Refunds, cancellation, and corrections
Purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind, unused credits or access, or disappointing business results. Mandatory legal remedies, duplicate or erroneous charges, and accounting corrections remain available. This policy does not excuse failure to provide a purchased entitlement. This restriction is subject to applicable law and any refund rights under the merchant-of-record terms presented for the original purchase.
Cancelling a seat or bundle, disabling automatic top-ups, and requesting a cash refund are separate actions. Cancellation does not automatically refund unused purchased credits or posted service charges; disabling top-ups stops future funding attempts but does not cancel seats or bundles. Promotional and invitation credits have no cash purchase price and cannot be refunded as purchased funds.
Request review through Pro Support or the support email on our legal pages, including the purchase reference, date, amount and reason. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or payment credentials. We review duplicate charges, errors, non-delivery and other applicable rights. Any approved cash refund is processed through the original payment provider or merchant of record under its applicable process; timing depends on that provider and the receiving financial institution. For a Paddle purchase, buyer support is available at paddle.net. This process does not limit statutory rights or payment-provider dispute rights.
Confirmed refunds and payment reversals adjust the associated purchased credits. Disputes can restrict credits while reviewed; a resolved dispute does not restore amounts already refunded. A released auction reservation or a credit-ledger correction is not a cash refund. Insufficient remaining credits may require wallet review.
Billing: Professional invitation and welcome credits
Where offered, the invitation shows its welcome amount, any inviter reward, expiry and eligibility. Rewards are platform credits, not cash, and are separate from consumer introductions and affiliate commissions. Application or approval alone does not earn credits: a qualifying new professional must complete their first successful market-seat activation. Welcome credits go to the eligible funding wallet selected for that activation; an inviter reward goes to the wallet recorded for the offer.
Existing professionals, self-referrals and repeat activations do not qualify for another acquisition bonus. Offers cannot be stacked to claim multiple welcome grants for the same person. Limits and qualifying offers are shown in the invitation workflow; changing the program does not change an existing offer's recorded amount or expiry. Do not misrepresent eligibility, create duplicate identities or send unlawful unsolicited invitations. Clearly disclose an offered reward when recommending the service. A reward does not require a positive review or guarantee professional opportunities.
Billing: Billing questions
Use the Support area in StrollPlace Pro for billing questions. Identify the market, charge date, and transaction in question; do not send passwords or payment credentials. The paid offer must show its price, entitlements, applicable tax and credit conditions before purchase. StrollPlace Support remains the first contact for wallet and credit questions; payment processing, refund execution and escalation depend on the provider and merchant of record for the original purchase.
Restrictions and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StrollPlace may restrict, suspend, or terminate any account or access to the service at its discretion, at any time, with or without cause or prior notice. We will provide notice, reasons, or access to review where required by applicable law. These actions do not limit mandatory rights concerning purchased services, refunds, or personal data. Privacy requests and withdrawal controls remain available through the privacy request page and privacy contact, including when account access is restricted.
Revised agreements have distinct versions. Notice and renewed acceptance will be provided where required by applicable law or the nature of the change. Changes do not retroactively authorize optional marketing or sharing. Each published revision states its effective date; notice and renewed acceptance apply as described above.
StrollPlace materials and permitted use
StrollPlace and its licensors retain their rights in the platform, software, branding, and materials they provide. You may use the features made available to your account for their stated purposes, subject to these terms and applicable third-party rights. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize resale, copying protected materials for a competing service, bypassing access restrictions, or using StrollPlace branding to imply an endorsement. This provision does not restrict rights granted by law or an applicable open license.
Third-party images and licensing
Some photographs and other images displayed on StrollPlace are provided by third parties, including Wikimedia Commons contributors, and may be subject to Creative Commons or other licenses. Rights in these images remain with their respective owners, and applicable open licenses govern their reuse.
Where required, image credits identify the creator, source, license, and relevant modifications. Displaying an image does not imply that its creator or any person, property owner, or business depicted endorses or is affiliated with StrollPlace.
If you believe an image infringes your copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights, please contact us using the reporting channels listed in these Terms. We will review the concern and take appropriate action.
Third parties and paid allocation
Third-party links, source data, and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. A listing or link does not guarantee a provider's performance. Sponsorship and other material commercial relationships must be identified with the affected placement or offer.
Settlement-service matching uses independently approved service areas without a paid-seat requirement or contribution-score advantage. Other markets may use different connection methods or offer no opportunities. Consumer permissions still control disclosure of contact information.
Fair housing and lawful conduct
Do not use StrollPlace to discriminate unlawfully in housing, professional services, advertising, or communications, or to direct people toward or away from housing on an unlawful discriminatory basis. Do not submit discriminatory listings or misleading professional claims. These restrictions also apply to content and images you provide.
Community and content guidelines: Accurate and lawful contributions
Publish content you have rights to use. Do not impersonate, misrepresent credentials, discriminate unlawfully, threaten, harass, spam, manipulate outcomes, or disclose private consumer information. Clearly distinguish opinion from factual claims.
Community and content guidelines: Reviews and reporting
Honest reviews and lawful criticism are permitted. Professionals can use the Support area in StrollPlace Pro to report infringement, impersonation, harmful content, or abuse. Include the content URL, the issue, and relevant context; do not include private consumer information unnecessarily. A report does not guarantee removal or a particular outcome. Other users can send reports to the support email shown in the current operator and contacts section. For copyright notices, use the designated-agent contact in the Copyright notices and counter-notices section and identify the work, the allegedly infringing URL, and how to reach you. Use the copyright and appeal procedures below. A likeness, privacy or inaccurate-endorsement concern can be reported without claiming ownership of the copyright.
Community and content guidelines: Content decisions
Content may be reviewed, returned for changes, rejected, or removed under these terms. Editorial approval does not guarantee accuracy, rights clearance, or professional quality. You may contact Pro Support about a content decision, identifying the decision, affected material, case reference if available, and supporting information. We provide notice, reasons, and review where required by applicable law or the copyright procedures below. A review request does not automatically republish material or suspend a legal deadline.
Community and content guidelines: Copyright notices and counter-notices
Send copyright notices and counter-notices to our designated agent: Copyright Manager, Swift Agent Sites LLC, 4283 Express Lane, Suite MX8578, Sarasota, FL 34249, United States. Telephone: use the number listed as “Copyright notices — telephone” under “Current operator and contacts” on this page. Email: [email protected]. You may also use Privacy requests and choose a content-rights concern. Identify the copyrighted work, the specific material and its location, your contact information, and your physical or electronic signature. State your good-faith belief that the challenged use lacks permission from the owner, an authorized representative or the law, and that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner under penalty of perjury. Consider applicable exceptions, including fair use. Knowingly material misrepresentations may carry legal consequences. We review incomplete notices and seek clarification where appropriate; a report alone does not establish infringement.
For a qualifying notice, we act expeditiously to remove or disable the identified material and promptly notify the uploader. We retain restricted evidence as necessary to handle the dispute. We may disclose the notice and relevant contact details to the affected uploader or rights holder as needed for this process; do not submit unrelated sensitive information.
If you believe removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location, your name, address and telephone number, and your physical or electronic signature. Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that removal or disabling resulted from mistake or misidentification. Consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district of your address, or, if outside the United States, any district in which StrollPlace may be found, and accept service from the original notifier or their agent. We forward a qualifying counter-notice to the notifier. The applicable restoration process generally provides for restoration 10–14 business days after receipt unless we receive notice of a filed court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement. We review other independent lawful restrictions separately and explain any continuing restriction.
We adopt and reasonably implement a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of repeat infringers. Review considers supported incidents, counter-notices, reversals, court information and relevant circumstances; allegations alone do not produce automatic strikes. We accommodate and do not interfere with applicable standard technical measures. Swift Agent Sites LLC has registered Copyright Manager as its designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, registration DMCA-1082157, effective October 6, 2026. Registered alternate names include StrollPlace and StrollPlace.com. Registration does not by itself establish eligibility for every DMCA safe-harbor protection.
Service and professional disclosures: Research, estimates, and professional services
Service and professional disclosures: What verification means
Review may concern specific submitted credentials or records at a point in time. Read the scope and date of any displayed verification. Verification does not guarantee continued licensing, competence, suitability, or an outcome.
Service and professional disclosures: Affiliate links and third-party purchases
Where enabled, StrollPlace includes Booking.com accommodation links and Amazon shopping links. StrollPlace may earn a commission from qualifying bookings or purchases through those links. The commercial relationship is disclosed beside the affected placement; it is not a guarantee or endorsement of a particular accommodation, product or seller.
You complete these purchases on the third party's service. The seller or booking provider sets availability, prices, taxes, fulfillment, cancellation and refund conditions. Review those conditions before ordering and contact that provider for changes or refunds. StrollPlace does not process those purchases, receive your payment credentials through these links, or apply its Stroll credit refund terms to them.
Service and professional disclosures: Paid access and selection
Seats provide conditional publishing access. Settlement-service introduction eligibility is approved separately without a subscription requirement or payment-based priority; introductions and results are never guaranteed. A professional listing, paid participation, or verification badge is not a recommendation that the professional is right for you. Agree the engagement scope, price, and terms directly with the provider. Sponsorship or other material commercial relationships must be identified with the affected placement or offer.
Liability and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StrollPlace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StrollPlace’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Pro Terms or the service, under any legal theory, is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the service fees you paid to StrollPlace during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Purchased credits count when applied to service fees, not again when purchased.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. They do not reduce refunds, billing corrections, remedies for failure to provide purchased entitlements, or other rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify StrollPlace against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs to the extent caused by your unlawful professional conduct, content you submit without required rights, or misuse of consumer data. This obligation does not cover StrollPlace’s own negligence, misconduct, or breach of these terms. We will promptly notify you of a claim, reasonably cooperate, and give you a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defense. No settlement may impose an admission or non-monetary obligation on you without your consent.
You may contact the legal address shown above to seek an informal resolution of a dispute. Please identify the issue and the resolution sought. Informal discussions do not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief, using an available court or statutory complaint process, or meeting a legal deadline. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration requirement or class-action waiver. Applicable mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
